3. Investment Risks

Cryptocurrency and financial market investments carry inherent risks. While AxionVest utilizes algorithmic strategies to maximize returns, past performance is not indicative of future results. You agree that AxionVest is not liable for any capital loss incurred during market volatility.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• All deposits must be made using the supported networks (e.g., TRC20). Sending funds to an incorrect network address may result in permanent loss, for which AxionVest holds no liability.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to security reviews and may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Active investment capital cannot be withdrawn until the designated contract term has expired.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
